Lead Pastor

Pastor Reggie Kelley serves as Lead Pastor of Syracuse Alliance Church with a clear calling rooted in Luke 14:23: “Go out to the highways and hedges and compel them to come in, that my house may be filled.” Five years ago, God led him to Syracuse with this mandate, and he has since witnessed the Lord’s faithfulness and the ongoing need to reach both the church and the surrounding community with the gospel.

In my various roles, I have cultivated strong leadership and organizational skills that have strengthened both the church and the community. My outreach efforts have established valuable partnerships with the Food Bank of CNY, Syracuse University, Rise Above Poverty, and Upstate Medical Center, expanding our reach and impact in Syracuse. I have created new community-centered events such as the Community Block Party and Harvest Festival, designed to foster fellowship and build relationships beyond the church walls.

As Lead Pastor, Pastor Reggie’s vision is to cultivate a vibrant, inclusive church where every person feels valued, connected, and equipped to grow in their faith. His heart is for every member of Syracuse Alliance Church to know they are a vital and cherished part of the church family.
